Del. woman identified as fifth Fort Lauderdale shooting victim

The fifth victim killed in Friday’s Fort Lauderdale airport shooting was named by authorities Wednesday.

Mary Louise Amzibel, 69, of Dover, Del., was fatally shot by a lone gunman near the baggage claim area of the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport.

The other four victims have been identified as Shirley Timmons, 70, Michael Oehme, 57, Terry Andres, 62, and 78-year-old Olga Woltering.

The 26-year-old Iraq war veteran remains jailed without bond on federal charges.

Santiago arrived in Fort Lauderdale after taking off from Anchorage aboard a Delta flight, checking only one piece of luggage — his gun.
